City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10 am to 10 pm. 2 dogs welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: Garage has room for 2 medium size vehicles, ***No more than two vehicles per home may be parked on the street at any time during the hours of 12AM - 7AM. HOA rules requires the garage to be used to full capacity before parking on the street. Use of private driveways for parking is encouraged***2 vehicles fit in the driveway. Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay. 2 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD150 per day must be paid prior to check-in.
